bbe99's commitment to responsible gaming
A truly enjoyable gaming experience is one that is safe and controlled. bbe99 places your wellbeing at the highest priority — every protection measure is in place here, from deposit limits to self-exclusion.
What does responsible gaming mean?
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a guaranteed source of income. bbe99 believes that the enjoyment of playing is sustainable only when a player maintains conscious control over their budget, time, and emotions. Responsible gaming means playing within your means, taking breaks when needed, and seeking help when necessary.
Using the protection tools available on the bbe99 platform is entirely voluntary and can be activated at any time. Our goal is for you to always see gaming as entertainment, not a burden.
Please note — only individuals aged 21 or older may create an account and play at bbe99. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.
Core Principles
- Play for entertainment only
- Set a budget and stick to it
- Do not chase losses by placing bigger bets
- Do not play under stress or when impaired
- Seek help right away if you feel you need it
- Do not let others use your account
Protection Tools
The bbe99 platform offers several strong protection measures to keep your gaming experience safe. Contact the support team to activate any of these.
Set Deposit Limits
Keep your budget under control by setting a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit require additional verification.
Time-Out
Need a short break? Take a time-out for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, logging into your account and placing bets will be temporarily suspended. Your account will reactivate automatically once the break ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. It is possible to close your account for a set period or permanently. The process is completely confidential and can be arranged through the support team.
Session Reminders
Set session reminders to avoid playing for long stretches without a break. When the set time has passed, the system will notify you. These reminders build awareness and help reduce excessive time spent playing.
Account Activity Review
Regularly review your deposit, withdrawal, and betting history. Your complete transaction and gaming history is stored in the bbe99 account dashboard so you can assess your habits at any time.
Minor Protection
Only players aged 21+ may play at bbe99. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Use a PIN or password on your device to prevent underage family members from accessing your account.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
When gaming starts causing problems beyond the boundaries of entertainment, certain specific signs appear. If more than one of the following applies to you, you should seek help right away.
Signs to Watch For
- Repeatedly increasing bets to chase losses
- Feeling unable to stop gaming
- Taking on debt or using family money to fund gaming
- Neglecting work, family, or social life
- Lying to loved ones about gaming
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming
- Gaming affecting your sleep, eating, or health
If you notice these signs, do not panic — seeking help is a sign of strength. The bbe99 support team is here for you.
Check In With Yourself
Ask yourself honestly:
- Am I spending more than my set budget?
- Do I want to stop gaming but find I cannot?
- Is gaming affecting my daily responsibilities?
- Are family or friends concerned about my gaming?
If the answer to any of these is "yes", contact bbe99 support.
